Link notes whenever they touch, even slightly

Confining notes by topic isolates knowledge (Writing notes by topic can get in the way of understanding), so link notes whenever there is even the slightest reason to.

Learning rests on understanding (Learning is understanding, not remembering), and connecting knowledge is essential to understanding. Notes help a great deal in widening it.

That said, do not force a link when no reason for one comes to mind.
